TCP Client Mode (only available in Serial Device Control and TCP Client Mode)

Destination IP address
Allows the VPort to connect actively to
the remote host whose address is set by
this parameter.

Designated Local port
TCP port number for the connection. It
can also be enabled or disabled.

TCP Connect On
Startup: A TCP connection will be
established on startup, and will remain
active indefinitely.
Any Character: A TCP connection will
be established when any character is
received from the serial interface, and
will remain active indefinitely.

To avoid influencing the video performance, it is strongly recommended that the VPort’s COM
port should be used for simple serial control and data transmission, such as a card reader.
