DO2K_GetPowerOnValues
This function code is used to get the power on values of
contiguous D/O channels.

Return Value
int DO2K_GetPowerOnValues ( int hConnection,
BYTE bytStartChannel,
BYTE bytCount,
DWORD * dwValue);
hConnection: The handle for an I/O connection.
bytStartChannel: Specifies the starting channel.
bytCount: The number of channels to read.
dwValue: A pointer to the power on values of the
contiguous D/O channels; each bit holds the
value of one channel. A bit value of 0
represents the power on status of the start
channel. A bit value of 1 represents the status
of the second digital output channel. The values
of the unused bits are random.
Succeed MXIO_OK.
Fail Refer to Return Codes.
