Cnt2K_GetPowerOnValue

This function code is used to get power on values when specific

D/I channel in Counter mode.

hConnection: The handle for an I/O connection.

bytChannel: The desired channel.

bytValue: A pointer to the power on value for specific

channel. The values are:

0: OFF

1: ON
